• You have to be over 18 to buy any basket that contains alcahol.  We will not sell to anyone who does not comply to our terms and conditions.

• All our smoked Scottish salmon,meat products and cheese products are vacuum packed and over ice packs to ensure that your contents arrive in 'tip top' condition.

• All of our food has been sourced within Dumfries and Galloway to the relevant Food Safety and Hygiene standards, then packaged by us in a clean and safe environment.

• We are assured by our suppliers that the products within our baskets are 'nut free' unless stated on their packaging, however they may be manufactured within an environment or factory that also deals with nuts and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for the contents of each food source. Please read the labels and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

• All baskets are shrink wrapped but our gift boxes are not. The basket or box is shipped in a plain cardboard box, which is often recycled.

• All Hamper style boxes and Gift boxes use non chemically treated wood wool to pack them and protect the food contents.

• We cannot be held responsible for acts of God that defy the UK transport network - e.g Snow!

• Our delivery dates are a guideline only but we try our very best to deliever on your requested date!

• All prices exclude packing and carrier rate within UK. For all items delivery is added at the check out and you have a choice of delivery options. Please ensure that you choose the correct one as an incorrect choice can delay the release of your chosen items. 

• You can only order items for delivery to the UK online as your choice may contain alcohol and we cannot ship overseas unless we procure special licenses.

• If your parcel does not arrive then please contact us immediately on 01581 500245, and leave your name, number and details. This will then be followed through with the courier company that we have used.

• Any mistakes or non delivery MUST be reported on the date of delivery otherwise we cannot be held responsible for non delivery and no refunds or replacements will be given.

QUALITY OF YOUR GOODS MATTERS TO US AS DOES YOUR ENJOYMENT OF YOUR PURCHASES...

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DESPATCH ON A FRIDAY, ANY BOX THAT CONTAINS REFRIDGERATED PRODUCT AS WE WANT YOUR GOODS TO ARRIVE IN TIP TOP CONDITION AND NOT BE SAT IN A DEPOT FOR TWO DAYS! 

IF YOU ORDER ON A THURSDAY AFTER 10AM YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE SENT OUT ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

• We are happy to send out our baskets, hampers and gourmet selection boxes to your friends, relatives or collegues enclosing any messages on one of our greeting cards along with your order. This is provided for a nominal fee of £1.00. Please remember that an essay will not fit on the cards!  If you do not wish to send a gift, but think someone would like to receive our brochure, fill in their name and address in the Brochure Request.

• We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are not received due to the recipient not being in!

• Please read our delivery FAQ for other important information.

• All goods must be paid for in full before we will dispatch them to you or your recipient.

• All deliveries outside peak times will be delivered within 2-3 working days or quicker if our next day delivery service is selected.

• VAT is charged at the current rate for standard rated items.  All prices quoted on this website include VAT- so no nasty surprises at the till!

• Our data is used purely for the purpose of carrying out your instructions and is not, under any circumstances, passed to any other party whatsoever.

• Vouchers usually have a 12 month use by date unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself!
