Nestled within the Galloway Hills, Squirrel Preserves are an artisan producer of fine preserves, relishes and chutneys.
With no artificial preservatives and all hand made, the process takes many sleepless nights and toil to create the 'perfect batch'!
Using only fresh ingredients bought locally, the seasonal derivitives of the range is second to none and 'Squirrel' have found themselves supplying to local shops, cafe's, visitor attractions and delicatessens and now Flavours of Galloway.
